About Us

The Tulsa Electrical Joint Apprenticeship and Training Committee (JATC), is a partnership between the National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA) and the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW).

It is the JATC's responsibility to recruit and train Apprentices to meet the ever-growing needs of the Electrical Industry. In addition to training Apprentices in the necessary skills required to be an Electrician, the JATC also provides an extended education program of skills update and improvement courses to Local IBEW Union members.
